The Beginning
Hello & welcome to our delicious page!
Here’s a little background about our family’s business journey that started in 2007!Â
Our father Sammy decided to take a chance and change career paths so our family decided to open a restaurant in a random spot On a busy road in Brighton Le sands!
We really didn’t know how far we would come or how much our amazing business would grow to become one of Sydney’s favourite charcoal chicken & Lebanese restaurants.Â

Our love for food!
Our father Sammy, brothers Ernest and Shadie and their sister Nadine, have built such a strong and
amazing Lebanese takeaway concept with an extensive menu consisting of charcoal cooked
meats, salads, home made hearty Lebanese dishes and an endless variety of home made desserts.

Expansion
Since 2007 we expanded our businesses to the Sutherland shire, Nadine and her husband Eddy opened another restaurant in the heart of Gymea in 2013.Â
Now with the catering scene becoming more and more popular we have expanded our brand yet again. Our family clearly have a passion for entertaining and sharing our love for Mediterranean cuisine.Â
Our catering services extend to corporate, casual, small or large special events.
