We were incredibly proud to be selected as the catering partner for Clarendon Homes for the opening of their brand-new showroom in Brighton Le Sands. Working with such a well-known and respected brand was a huge milestone for us, and it was an absolute pleasure to help bring their launch event to life.
Clarendon Homes wanted to create a welcoming and memorable experience for both their local community and potential future clients, and we catered across two very different events over two days, each with its own style and atmosphere.
Day One: Community & Neighbour Preview Night
The first evening was a neighbour and local community event, designed to introduce the new showroom to those living in and around Brighton Le Sands. Held on a weeknight from 5:00pm to 8:30pm, the event had a relaxed, casual feel that encouraged guests to mingle, explore the space and enjoy great food.
We provided:

Two of our professional staff waitering and serving food throughout the evening

A steady flow of freshly prepared items served directly to guests
This style of service worked perfectly for the event, allowing guests to move freely through the showroom while enjoying a variety of bite-sized dishes.
Day Two: Client Showcase Event
The second day was a larger-scale event hosted for Clarendon Homes’ database of potential clients, with guests arriving throughout the day. With close to 200 guests anticipated over an 8-hour period, careful planning and timing were essential.
To ensure food was always fresh and plentiful, we organised:

Seamless coordination with the Clarendon Homes team on site
This approach allowed guests to arrive at any time and still experience the full catering offering at its best.
The Menu
The menu was curated to appeal to a wide range of tastes while remaining easy to enjoy in a showroom setting. It included:

The combination of hot and cold items worked beautifully across the day and evening, and the individual portions made it easy for guests to enjoy while networking and touring the showroom.
