The Sammys Catering & Co team took on the challenge to create a 'Coachella' themed 30th birthday catering spread upon a private charter (Karisma Cruises). Incorporating colourful edibles and precisely chosen garnishing. The team has put together a substantial open buffet for the guests
This set up catered for 35 - 40 guests, on Saturday the 5th of February.
